Weekender

I suppose "Week beginner" would be a more appropriate post for a Monday, but I've just returned home from reunion weekend at Saint Mary's and God was it good to go back. The place is so full of remembered joy: the crisp old smell of Le Mans, slow walks along The Avenue, a solitary moment under the little willows by the lake. Throw a few favorite friends into the mix, and our (32 oz Finnigan's) cups runneth over. Saint Mary's is so special.

An awesome piece on art and writing, by Rachel Howard, from Sunday's New York Times. It reminded me of college drawing courses, which reminded me of William Kentridge.
