Foorrr example, this shot above. I cropped it from a page out of J.Crew's September catalog. The bigger picture, as it were, didn't do much for me. But upon further inspection, I realized therein - in the peacock feather green almost iridescent hue of that watch strap, and in the syrupy-Guinnessy-amber of the bracelet's stones - lies everything I've ever loved about fall. It's like a nubby green wool cowl neck sweater and your favorite tortoise shades, or a classic Barbour getting soaked in the (apologies to Guns N' Roses) cold November rain. All on one perfectly styled and J.Crew approved wrist. What's not to love?
